Thailan Patton is an experienced design professional with a strong background in user experience and visual design. Beginning a career at DBA Doing Business As from April 2010 to May 2015, Thailan served as a UX Designer, Creative Lead, and Co-owner, focusing on creating unique experiences for clients and managing business operations. From September 2015 to May 2019, Thailan held multiple roles at Mutual of Omaha, including UX Designer, Senior UX Designer, and UX Visual Design Architect, emphasizing effective strategies that merge technology and usability. Currently, Thailan is with Salesforce, first as a Senior Experience Architect since March 2022 and then advancing to Senior Manager and Director of Experience Design in February 2024.
