Tim Perdue is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in customer success and information technology management. Currently serving as Director, Regional Success Architect at Salesforce since November 2014, Tim has previously held the position of Customer Success Director. Prior to Salesforce, Tim was the Director of Information Technology at Ellucian from January 2012 to October 2014, where responsibilities included aligning IT projects with company strategic goals and overseeing the transition of corporate applications to the cloud. Tim's early career includes a significant tenure at Datatel, where a promotion to Director of IT involved managing a 35-person team and an $11 million budget, as well as overseeing various IT functions. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance and IT from The George Washington University and a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
