Tom Coates

Tom Coates is an Executive Creative Leader with extensive experience in various high-profile roles across the creative industry. They served as an Associate Creative Director at See from 2004 to 2005 and held the position of Executive Creative Director at Mekanism from 2019 to 2021, as well as at Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners from 2005 to 2018. Previously, Tom was a Copywriter at Leagas Delaney from 1999 to 2003. Currently, they are the Head of Customer & Partnership Creative at Salesforce and continue to lead Coates Works as an Executive Creative Director, Creative Director, and Writer. Tom is pursuing a Master’s degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies at Virginia Commonwealth University.
