Tom Seibert

Tom Seibert is an accomplished Salesforce leader currently serving as the Director of Partner Engagement at Salesforce, where they focus on partner management and implementation leadership for strategic programs. With extensive experience in diverse industries, including Health & Life Sciences and Retail, Tom has held various roles from solution architect to engagement manager. Previously, they worked at NASA, Model Metrics, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, 3M, and Baker Tilly. Tom is pursuing an MBA at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of St. Thomas. In their spare time, Tom volunteers with various Minnesota-focused environmental organizations and contributes to community projects.
