Ty McCoy

Ty McCoy is a Global HR and People Strategy Partner with over 7 years of experience in aligning people strategies with business goals in complex environments. McCoy has worked in various HR roles, including as Lead of Workforce Intelligence at Salesforce, where they focus on delivering insights that promote human-centered strategies. Previously, they held positions at Indiana University Health and Navient, among others, gaining expertise in workforce transformation and organizational design. McCoy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Human Resource Management from the Kelley School of Business and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Strategy and Leadership at Indiana University.
