Warren Yang is a Digital Technical Architect with over 20 years of Professional Services experience, currently serving as the Director and Architect Lead for the Commerce Practice at Salesforce. Throughout their career, Warren has managed significant projects, including a $90 million e-commerce transformation at Allstate Insurance and integration efforts at American Express. They have held various roles, such as Project Manager, Product Manager, and Application Architect across reputable organizations, including IBM Global Services and Cognizant. Warren is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems at Loyola University Chicago and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
