Wendy Wei

Wendy Wei is the Director of Software Engineering at Tableau, a Salesforce company, with a focus on security features, microservice infrastructure, and cloud Kubernetes deployment. They previously worked at OfferUp as a Software Engineer in the Trust & Safety team and held various roles at Salesforce, including Senior Manager and Software Engineering Manager. Wendy began their career with internships at Plasma Computing Group and ZTE Corporation, where they developed backend solutions and web applications. They also served as a Student Instructor at the Center for Computer Science Education and Outreach at UT Dallas and earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
