William Bishop

William Bishop is a Lead Software Engineer at Salesforce, where they focus on search technologies. They have extensive experience in software engineering, having previously worked at Microsoft in various roles that included implementing high-scale services for OneNote and developing performance analysis tools for Microsoft Office. William also served as a research assistant in the math department at the University of Texas - Pan American, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. Early in their career, they created custom software solutions at Toad Software.
