Yaron Telem

Yaron Telem is an experienced product management professional with a strong background in technology and defense. Currently serving as Head of Product at Salesforce since January 2025, Yaron focuses on Field Service Optimization. Prior roles include Vice President of Product at Pagaya, where the emphasis was on FinTech, AI, data, and platform solutions, and Principal Product Leader at Microsoft, contributing to business applications and the Azure Cloud & AI. Yaron's earlier experience includes leadership positions at the Israeli Ministry of Defense, where responsibilities encompassed R&D products and defense strategies, as well as a tenure in the Israeli Air Force managing engineering teams. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science, both from Tel Aviv University.
