Yoav S. has extensive experience in leadership roles focusing on responsible AI, ethical practices, and nonprofit management. At Salesforce, Yoav served as Senior Director of Responsible AI & Tech, leading initiatives on trust and safety in machine learning and generative AI, and as Director of the Ethical AI Practice, working to mitigate bias and ensure fairness in product development. Prior experience includes holding the position of Principal at Omidyar Network, where Yoav operationalized the Responsible Computer Science Challenge and contributed to EthicalOS. As the Founder of Hello Mazel, Yoav launched a successful subscription service for Jewish goods, and provided leadership as Executive Director for both The Kitchen and Reboot, overseeing operations and fundraising efforts. Education includes a BA in Religious Studies and a BA in Political Science from Stanford University, and a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.
