Our History 
Group MW was founded by Darrell Wabschall and Jon Lees in 1986 as Lees, Wabschall, Inc. Jon and Darrell began with humble beginnings and a strong desire to serve their Customers and Principles with their very best efforts. Time goes fast and Jon retired in 2006 after an illustrious career and many wonderful contributions to the agency. Jerry Mills became a Partner with Darrell in 2007. In 2008 the sales representative agency re-invented itself into a sales and marketing consultancy with headquarters located in Lisle, IL and became known as Group MW.

Our Mission
We provide the marketing expertise coupled with sales energy and experience along with the right merchandising tools to assure the products we place on the retail shelf sell off the shelf. We want to be known for the best customer service available in support of these efforts.
