Beth Hightower has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Beth began their career in 2007 as a Student Brand Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill, where they promoted brand awareness and organized events. Beth then worked as a Nanny for Truman Arnold Companies before becoming a Student Manager at SMU Mustangs, where they developed a new on-campus recruiting structure and utilized online databases. In 2010, they worked as a Personal Assistant at Truman Arnold Companies, followed by an Operations Analyst role at Savoya, where they excelled at multitasking and client communication. In 2013, Beth worked as a Seasonal Sales Associate for the Atlanta Falcons. From 2014 to 2019, they joined the Atlanta Braves, first as an Account Executive in Membership Services and later as an Account Manager for Corporate & Premium Partnerships.
