Jonathan Rich has worked in various project management roles since 2011. In 2011, they were a Foreign Liaison and Project Manager for the United States Department of the Army, where they were selected as the sole representative of a 2,800 person brigade to embed in the Australian Army Headquarters as an intelligence analyst and project manager developing a first-ever, multi-nation computer server. Jonathan was also responsible for planning annual training for over 215 personnel that met Department of the Army and Congressional legislation. In 2015, they became a Project Manager and Senior Analyst for the United States Department of the Army, where they were responsible for coordinating daily production requirements and long term planning objectives. Jonathan also led a multi-disciplinary team in creating advanced analytic products, in garrison and while deployed that were utilized by senior military and federal government policy makers in Washington D.C. In 2017, they began working for The Australian National University as a Senior Project Manager. Jonathan'sresponsibilities included initiating projects, planning and resourcing, stakeholder and senior leader engagements, timeline management and prioritization, risk assessment and mitigation, business requirement gathering and assessment, project team management, chairing project meetings, and all project documentation and governance. Jonathan led numerous projects for the university during their employment, such as streamlining the grant acceptance business process, renovating 21-rooms to address a critical shortage of viable classroom spaces, and leading business process improvement on course space scheduling. In 2021, they began working as a Custom Development Project Manager for CAVALLO (Previously SalesPad).

Jonathan Rich attended the University of Michigan from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History.
