GROW SALES REDUCE COSTS
SalesReps Australia has been operating for over 20 years in all states and territories of Australia and New Zealand. The organisation employs approximately 280 field sales staff, each recruited to match a client's needs across B2B channels. Unlike Agents or Brokers our sales staff only represent one company, with hours of engagement based on client needs.

It’s widely appreciated that on average customers typically want to see sales representatives between the hours of 10am and 4pm Monday to Thursday and between 10am and 12pm Fridays. Of course there are events that see reps delivering value outside these hours, but on average once you’ve looked at the ROI per hour statistics, it’s hard to dispute the “10-4 philosophy”.

So imagine how your bottom line could change if you integrated the “10-4 philosophy” into your business and at the same time, you introduced a co-management model that brought minute and moment based management to your sales effort.

1. By removing the non-productive hours sales reps work & get paid it leaves just 22 “value hours” per week as opposed to the 38hours you’re probably paying for now. Of course reps can work more than 22 hrs per week as long as this extra time delivers appropriate value.

2. By remunerating staff across the “value hours” your cost of sales rep will be cut by approximately half.

3. By implementing such a structure you can Acquire & Service customers that previously didn’t provide appropriate R.O.I.

4. You will also be able to engage reps residing in regional centres as opposed to sending reps from distant metro territories due to our lower cost of service model.
