Jeff Stuart is a healthcare conflict management consultant and physician coach at Rxsolve Conflict, which they co-founded to enhance communication and conflict management within healthcare organizations. With three decades of experience, they previously served as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director of Clinical Transformation at Washington Hospital Healthcare System, where they played a critical role in the COVID-19 response. Jeff’s extensive background in anesthesiology includes nearly twenty years as a practicing physician at Washington Outpatient Surgery Center. They are also a board advisor at SalesSparx LLC, helping healthcare entities accelerate their market presence through innovative strategies. Currently, Jeff is pursuing the Physician Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
