David McCallum

David McCallum, PMP, is a Senior Manager with over twenty-five years of experience in leadership and senior-level management roles across significant U.S. government departments, including the White House and the Department of Defense. McCallum has been recognized as a premier expert in Federal Mission Resilience and risk management, having held key positions such as Director of the Personnel Security Division at the Executive Office of the President and Program Senior Manager at the Department of Defense. Currently, McCallum serves as a Senior Manager at Saliense, while previously managing programs for prominent organizations such as the Department of Homeland Security and the National Nuclear Security Administration. McCallum holds a Master of Science in Defense and Strategic Studies from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
