Guy Cierzan

Guy Cierzan is currently the Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Managing Partner at Salient Global, a group focused on enabling businesses and individuals to grow through data-driven solutions. With a background in loyalty and CRM, Guy has held various leadership roles at companies like Hydrate, ICF Next, and Carlson Marketing. Guy is also a member of the Business Journals Leadership Trust. Guy holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a B.A. in Business Administration/Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.
