Troy Thompson, MBA, is a growth and strategy leader with extensive experience in aerospace and manufacturing sectors. They served in various roles at Caterpillar Inc., including Production Supervisor and Manufacturing Engineer, and held senior positions at Boeing, such as Senior Manager of Engineering and Strategic Initiatives. Currently, Troy is the Head of Commercialization at Salient Motion, driving market strategies for innovative motion control products. They earned an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
