Roz Davis

Roz Davis is currently the head of human resources at Salient. Roz has over 20 years of experience in the field, having worked as a vice president of human resources at Contract Land Staff, Salient Partners, and Menninger. Roz is a certified human resources professional and has a wealth of knowledge in the areas of employee relations, training and development, and compliance.

Roz Davis has a BS in Business from Ottawa University with an emphasis on Human Resources. Roz also has an MS in Management from Baker University's School of Professional Studies.

They are on a team with Kristen Bayazitoglu - Chief Operating Officer, Gregory A. Reid - President, Salient MLP Complex, and Anjali Agarwal - Chief Financial Officer. Roz Davis reports to Bill Enszer, Chief Executive Officer.
