Will Webb

Will Webb is currently the Head of School at Salisbury School Inc. Will has helmed this position since June 2013, and prior to that they were the Head of School at Fountain Valley School from June 2011 to June 2013. Webb has been in the education field for over two decades now, starting out as a teacher of English at The Frederick Gunn School from January 1998 to December 2002. From there, they went on to become the Assistant Dean of Students and then the Director of Alumni Affairs at Groton School. After a brief stint as the Development Associate at the University of Vermont, Webb became the Assistant Dean of Students and Teacher of English at Athens Academy in January 2004. Three years later, they made the move to Heritage Hall School where they served as the Assistant Head of School for External Affairs from July 2011 until taking on their current role.

Will Webb attended the Groton School before going on to the University of Vermont, where they studied English and Economics. Will then went on to Columbia University, where they earned their M.A. in Independent School Leadership.
