Julia Psitos

Julia Psitos is an experienced professional in the fields of people management, coaching, and community-building. Currently serving in roles at various organizations, including Alfred as part of the People & Programs team and as a Founding 50 Member at Fabrik, Julia is dedicated to creating environments that nurture connection and collaboration. As an Advisor for Salley and Dextego, Julia focuses on leadership development and providing teams with expert knowledge through innovative AI solutions. In addition, Julia contributes as a Founding Mentor with Their Workplace, fosters networking opportunities as a Member Expert at Twill, and supports the community as a Mentor for First Round Fast Track. Previous experience includes leadership positions such as Director of People at Pagaya and Director of HR at Package Free. Julia holds both a Master’s Degree in Management of Information Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Spanish from Hood College.
