Jayme Chen

Jayme Chen is an accomplished data and product management professional with extensive experience in leading data operations and strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Data Operations at Sallie since July 2025, Jayme oversees data strategy and workflows in collaboration with data science teams. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Product Manager at Sallie Mae, where Jayme executed platform strategies to enhance operational efficiency, and as Senior Program Manager at Chewy, where leading cross-functional teams resulted in the launch of a large language model for user retention. Jayme's earlier roles included positions in revenue performance management and analytics consulting at InterContinental Hotels Group, and a foundational role as Senior Marketing Analyst at Arby's.
