Peter Kold

Peter Kold is an experienced privacy compliance officer currently heading the GDPR and privacy initiatives at Salling Group since October 2022. Prior to this role, Peter served as a management consultant at Implement Consulting Group from September 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included driving GDPR implementation projects for larger clients. Peter also held the position of associate partner and head of GDPR advisory at EY Denmark from July 2014 to June 2020, focusing on helping businesses identify and manage GDPR-related risks. Earlier, at KPMG Denmark, Peter took on various roles including senior manager and information technology audit manager, where responsibilities involved conducting IT audits and enhancing data privacy advisory capabilities. Peter's career started at PwC as a manager, managing IT audits and implementing Sarbanes-Oxley control environments. Peter holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Auditing from Aarhus University, obtained between 1994 and 2000.
