Peter Kousted

Peter Kousted has over three decades of experience in the retail and food industry, specializing in fruit, vegetables, and floral procurement. Since 2002, Peter has served as a Senior Category Manager at Salling Group, overseeing blomster indkøb and the flowr.dk platform. Prior experience includes roles as a Buyer in fruit and vegetable procurement at Dansk Supermarked Group from 2000 to 2002, and as a Frugt & Grønt chef at both føtex and Kousted frugt, grønt og blomster. Peter began a career in retail at Coop i Danmark as an Afdelingsleder from 1987 to 1990, and additional early experience includes military service with Den Kongelige Livgarde and a training period with Vagn Johannessen. Educational background includes attendance at Handelsskolen i Randers.
