Sofia Nielsen

Sofia Nielsen currently serves as the Data Culture Lead at Salling Group, where responsibilities include promoting data democratization and facilitating the adoption of a new data platform encompassing SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure Machine Learning. Previous roles at Salling Group include IT Scrum Master, IT Development & Change Manager, and IT Business Analyst, focusing on enhancing data processes and bridging communication between business needs and IT solutions. Prior to Salling Group, Sofia Nielsen worked as a Lægdommer with Danmarks Domstole in Aarhus. Sofia Nielsen holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Aarhus BSS and is currently pursuing a course in Artificial Intelligence for business strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management.
