Lars Inge Lauritzen

Lars Inge Lauritzen is an experienced HR leader currently serving as HR-leder at SalMar since May 2023, having previously held the same position at SalmoNor AS from November 2022 to May 2023. Prior to these roles, Lauritzen worked as a Prosjekt og FoU-koordinator at Nærøysund Aquaservice AS and held multiple HR-related titles at SalmoSea AS from January 2014 to July 2021, including HR-leder, Prosjektleder, and Personalleder.
