Kara Salmela

Kara Salmela is currently the Business Manager at Salmela, a boutique search firm focused on building strong relationships. Prior to this role, Kara served as Event Director at Midnight Sun Events and owned/managed Midnight Sun Adventure Company. Kara also has a background as a full-time Olympic Athlete with the United States Biathlon Team, competing in World Cups, World Championships, and two Olympic Games. Kara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Exercise Science & Physiology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
