Elis Sharp is an experienced CX Strategist at Salocin Group, focusing on creating data-driven customer experiences and optimizing touchpoints throughout the customer lifecycle. Prior to this role, Elis worked at DEPT® as a Strategist and Content Consultant, where responsibilities included aligning website content with broader strategies and developing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. The professional journey began as a Junior Strategist at both DEPT® and FEED, while earlier entrepreneurial experience was gained as the Co-Founder and Principal Designer at Relic.Clothing UK, overseeing brand management and development. Elis holds a Master of Arts in Design Innovation & Strategy and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design & Technology, both from Brunel University of London.
