Joe Casey

Joe Casey is an experienced professional in the retail and merchandising sector, currently serving as the Global D2C Merchandising Manager at Salomon since May 2020. Prior to this role, Joe was the Director of Hardgoods at MEC™ from June 2017 to November 2019, where responsibilities included providing strategic guidance to the equipment merchant team and organizational leadership in commercial decision-making. Joe's earlier experience includes serving as Trading Manager at Cotswold Outdoor from February 2010 to May 2017, where Joe was accountable for implementing buying and merchandising strategies across product ranges. Joe also led merchandising functions in the footwear and equipment categories during this time. Joe's career began as a Retail Finance Analyst at Mole Valley Farmers from January 2009 to February 2010. Joe holds a degree in Economics from the University of Exeter, obtained between 2004 and 2007.
