John Anderson

John Anderson currently serves as the Head of Global Buying & Merchandising B2C at Salomon, a position held since January 2012. Prior to this role, John was Business Development Manager at Home Retail Group PLC from June 2011 to January 2012, and the Interim Head of Buying at Berghaus Ltd from March 2009 to December 2010, where responsibilities included demand planning and management of raw materials. Earlier experience includes leading the buying and merchandising efforts at Lifestyle Sports, and serving as Brand Director for the Icon Division at JJB Sports Group, where a new men's lifestyle retail concept was created. John began a career at Blacks Leisure Group as Footwear Buying Director, significantly contributing to the expansion of First Sport from a regional retailer to a prominent chain in Europe.
