Prior to this venture, Jim Bower served as President of Floydware LLC from August 2004 to January 2018, and previously held the President role at J. Bower Salons from January 1990 to September 2006. Jim Bower began a career in the salon field as Education Director at Heidi's Salons from March 1986 to December 1989, emphasizing a strong foundation in educational development and leadership within the industry.
