Salov nasce nel 1919 in provincia di Lucca, dove si trovano sede centrale e sito produttivo.
Il Gruppo gestisce internamente l’intera filiera dell’olio alimentare, dall’approvvigionamento
all’imbottigliamento, inclusi marketing e R&D.
Salov possiede uno dei più moderni impianti produttivi d’Europa, con sistemi di filtraggio, stoccaggio, miscelazione all’avanguardia e con una supply chain interamente digitalizzata.
Il Gruppo è uno dei più grandi del settore, con 5 filiali (USA, UK, RUSSIA, BRASILE, CINA) 2 uffici commerciali (Milano, Toronto), 1 succursale (Singapore) e un volume d’affari che supera i 350MLN € e 120MLN di litri.
Salov possiede 2 marchi: FILIPPO BERIO, venduto in oltre 70 paesi dal 1867, e SAGRA (1959) acquisito da Salov nel 1975. Salov persegue la sostenibilità come parte integrante dei suoi valori.
Oggi il Gruppo continua a ispirarsi, per ogni suo progetto, ai principi del fondatore Filippo Berio, che oltre 150 anni fa iniziò a diffondere la cultura dell’olio d’oliva di qualità nel mondo.

Salov was founded in 1919 in the province of Lucca (Tuscany) where the Group's headquarter
and production site are based.
The Group handles the whole value chain in-house, from the procurement to the bottling of edible oil, including R&D and marketing. Salov has one of the most modern production plants in Europe, with state-of-the-art filtering, storage, blending systems and with a fully digitized supply chain.
The Group is one of the largest in the sector, with 5 subsidiaries (USA, UK, RUSSIA, BRAZIL, CHINA), 2 commercial offices (Milan, Toronto), 1 branch (Singapore) and a sales exceeding 350MLN € and 120MLN liters.
