Igor Pinto

Igor Pinto is an experienced professional with a strong background in business intelligence, artificial intelligence, operations management, and data analysis. Currently serving as the Business Intelligence & Artificial Intelligence Team Leader at Salsa Jeans since January 2023, Igor previously held critical roles at TNord Tech, S.A. from June 2019 to January 2023, including Operations Manager for Subscriber Networks and Field Force Management, where responsibilities involved overseeing 300 field technicians and enhancing data analysis skills through tools like Power BI, SQL Server, and more. Igor also managed the Helpdesk department, leading a team of around 30 and focusing on strategy implementation and client satisfaction, in addition to prior experience at Groupfix N and Groupfix ACE in various management and support roles. Educational qualifications include a degree in Database & Data Intelligence from Rumos and a degree in International Business from Universidade do Minho.
