Salsa & Flow is a Brighton-based movement and community platform using dance as a tool for confidence, connection and self-leadership.

We believe confidence is not built in your head.
It’s built in your body.

Through Cuban salsa foundations, breathwork and nervous system awareness, we create spaces where people move from self-conscious to self-expressed — in both their personal and professional lives.

Our sessions are designed for individuals who:
• Overthink social situations
• Struggle with visibility and self-trust
• Feel disconnected from their body
• Want to lead and express themselves with more presence
