Andrea Farrell

Andrea Farrell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Andrea began their career at Sun Life Financial as an Assistant Customer Service Administrator from May 2004 to December 2005. Andrea then moved to athenahealth, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Onboarding & Configuration Services from July 2015 to August 2017, Manager of Implementations from November 2012 to June 2015, and Senior Project Manager from July 2012 to October 2012. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager from January 2011 to June 2012 and a Senior Project Associate from January 2009 to December 2010. Andrea started their journey with athenahealth as a Project Associate from November 2006 to December 2008. Currently, Andrea is working at Salsify, where they have assumed the roles of Director of Business Operations starting in January 2023 and Director of Customer Success from July 2019 to May 2023. Andrea also held the position of Senior Manager of the Customer Champion Team from September 2017 to July 2019.
