Bianca Martins

Bianca Martins is a dedicated Customer Success Manager at Salsify since September 2023, focused on enhancing client experiences through innovative e-commerce solutions. Prior to Salsify, Bianca held the position of Account Executive at Brizy and served as an Account Manager at HolidayFox, where responsibilities included onboarding new clients and providing tailored product training. Bianca's entrepreneurial spirit is evident from founding Stayplaya, a luxury property management company in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, where all operations and customer relations were overseen. Earlier career experience includes working as an Interior Designer at Northpoint Architects, managing high-profile design projects for prestigious clients. Academically, Bianca holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Greenside Design Center College, a Postgraduate Degree in Education from the University of Sunderland, and completed a course in UX Design through Coursera.
