Henry Forman

Henry Forman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer success. Currently serving as Senior Technical Product Expert and APAC Lead for Support Engineering at Salsify since April 2019, Henry has played a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction through various technical product expertise positions. Prior to Salsify, Henry worked at SELLBYTEL Group from August 2016 to April 2019, where roles included Quality Control Specialist and Technical Support Agent Coach/Trainer. Early career experience encompasses customer support positions, starting from Technical Support Agent to Senior Technical Support Agent. Henry's educational background includes a Programming Foundations course from Duke University and multiple certificates in vocational studies.
