Jackie Vecchio Fallon

Jackie Vecchio Fallon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer success, currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Support at Salsify since August 2018. In this role, Jackie manages a team focused on PIM/Platform issues, driving improvements through effective coaching, advanced Salesforce reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
