Tracy Henriques

Tracy Henriques has extensive work experience in customer success and services roles. Tracy is currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Salsify. Prior to that, Tracy was a Founding Member at Chief. Tracy also held leadership positions at Ordway - Billing and Revenue Automation, LeaseAccelerator, MicroStrategy, and PwC. Tracy has a proven track record of building and scaling customer success and support organizations, as well as managing relationships with strategic enterprise accounts. Tracy has received recognition for their contributions, including winning the Top Impact Player Award. Tracy brings a wealth of expertise in customer success, operational management, and financial reporting.

Tracy Henriques attended the University of Melbourne from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Accounting and Management.
