Salt & Pepper Models specialises in representation of mature models, as we believe that the world needs to change. Authenticity, integrity and honesty should sit behind every advertising campaign or editorial spread and runways should reflect those to whom collections are aimed. We welcome bookings from marketers and brands that want to be part of a new era, where models reflect the real world in which we live.

We also represent younger models that purposefully wish to work with brands that have the world’s interests at heart. Brands that lead with sustainability, passion and purpose to make our world a better place. Brands that leave less impact and exist to improve the lives of others.
