Boris Grinkot

Boris Grinkot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology consulting and organizational integrity. They served as the Director of Technology Consulting at Pulse Advertising Inc and later took on various leadership roles, including Managing Partner at Lateral Mind and Executive Director at Kaplan Test Prep. In academia, Boris was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Florida and also contributed as faculty at The New School. Currently, they co-found Salt Collaborative and serve as Principal Consultant at PROGRESS DNA, focusing on enhancing organizational operations. Boris holds a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Florida.
