Salt Public Affairs is a strategic communications firm with decades of frontline experience in political campaigns, government relations, and public policy advocacy. We are known for navigating controversy with clarity, providing honest and actionable counsel, and engaging directly with reporters, stakeholders, and decision-makers to drive informed outcomes.

Our team has managed large-scale political and public affairs campaigns with eight-figure budgets and has led high-impact statewide and national initiatives, including coalitions on sustainable cruise ship tourism, national anti-hunger efforts, and multi-million-dollar accountability programs focused on elected officials. In 2021, we successfully led a statewide campaign to defeat a ballot referendum that began with only 37% public support and concluded with a decisive victory of more than 70% of the vote, powered by a broad, diverse, and non-ideological coalition of voters, businesses, and organizations.

Energy policy and energy technology are core areas of our expertise. We advise on complex issues including grid resilience, climate change impacts on the electric grid, advanced energy technologies such as modular nuclear reactors, and critical infrastructure supporting data centers and energy-intensive industries. We specialize in stopping flawed proposals and helping effective, responsible ideas move successfully from concept to implementation.
