Salt & Rally helps organizations turn vision into action.

Founded by Alison Baringer, Salt & Rally partners with business owners, executive leaders, and organizations that need experienced operational leadership to move important work forward. This includes nonprofits, festivals, tourism organizations, associations, and growing and established businesses to create clarity, build alignment, and move important work forward.

Drawing on more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, we help leaders navigate growth, improve operations, lead strategic initiatives, strengthen teams, and implement systems that support long-term success.

Whether serving as a fractional COO, strategic advisor, project leader, or facilitator, Salt & Rally brings both strategic perspective and hands-on execution—because the best plans only matter when they lead to results.

Based in Wilmington, North Carolina. Serving clients remotely and on-site.
