A collection of six restaurants and bars in London, specialising in all things Spanish and Italian, with a focus on charcuterie, cheese, small dishes and exceptional wines.

Salt Yard Group comprises Dehesa, Ember Yard, Opera Tavern, Salt Yard Fitzrovia, Salt Yard Borough Market and Salt Yard Westfield Shepherd's Bush. Each have their own distinct in decor-style, atmosphere and menu.

Training is the key to everything we do – Front of House we hold weekly training sessions on food, drink and service standards.

We nurture and train our staff tirelessly in order for them to excel and develop – because staff progression is vital for us. Within the company we have Sous Chefs that started off their career as Kitchen Porters and Front of House managers that started out as Runners.
