With a passion for business and organizational development, Julia has experience in building consulting businesses, shaping service portfolios, and fostering a culture of learning within organizations. They previously served as the Head of Learning Consulting at Brights Learning, where they developed strategic support for organizational learning. Julia holds a Master's degree in Management and Governance, along with a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Göteborgs universitet.
