Craig Pratt has over 25 years of experience working with some of the world's largest enterprise software and SaaS organizations, including Compuware, EMC, and ServiceNow. Currently, Craig serves as a Board Member at Saltbox Management and is involved with DecisionLink, a leader in Customer Value Management. Craig previously founded Next Level Leader, focusing on helping clients enhance their market potential and customer experience. A graduate of Ferris State University with a B.S. in Marketing and Sales, Craig has held various leadership and advisory roles throughout their career, aiding multiple organizations in achieving strategic goals.
