Madison Phillips

Madison Phillips has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Recreational Coach at SUCCESS Gymnastics in 2015. Madison then worked as a Student Leadership Fellow for the Gerdin Citizenship Program in 2018, followed by a role as a Business Learning Team Peer Mentor at Iowa State University - Ivy College of Business. In 2019, Madison was an Administrative Management Intern at Lutheran Church of Hope (Ames). In 2020, they worked as a Benefits and Service Center Student Assistant at Iowa State University Human Resources, as well as a Human Resources & Talent Management Intern at Iowa State University Foundation. Madison was a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Renewable Energy Group, Inc. in 2021 and is currently a Customer Success Manager at Saltech Systems since 2022.
