Director of Marketing at Salted

Aviv Gattenuo began their career in marketing and brand development at Global Creative Studios in 2010. Aviv then moved to Patricia Marquis, where they worked as a senior account supervisor for clients including DIESEL, Cosabella, Pact, and Nu Bra. In 2011, they joined SDI Media as a global manager of marketing and brand development.

Gattenuo left SDI Media in 2019 to join Hedley & Bennett as Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing. In this role, they oversaw all brand marketing initiatives and calendar across E-comm and B2B channels. Aviv also developed and executed strategic campaigns for digital, print, social, PR, and affiliate marketing.

In December 2021, Gattenuo left Hedley & Bennett to become the Director of Marketing at Salted.

Aviv Gattenuo has a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara.

They are on a team with Chris Ondaatje - Director of Culinary Operations, Jonathan Beckhardt - COO. Aviv Gattenuo reports to Jeffrey Appelbaum, CEO & Founder.
