Jonathon Woolf

Jonathon Woolf is currently the Head of Innovation at Saltgate, where they leverage their extensive experience in financial operations to drive strategic, tech-enabled transformation. With a background spanning roles in accounting, administration, and audit, Jonathon has cultivated a strong analytical mindset and focuses on system integration and performance benchmarking to enhance client service. Previously, they served as Head of Client Systems and as an Associate Director at State Street Jersey Limited. They earned a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of East London and have a foundation in accounting through their ACCA studies. Jonathon is dedicated to fostering a culture of diversity and continuous development at Saltgate, aligning with the organization’s core EPIC values.
