Rafael Flores

Rafael Flores is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in project management and operations. Currently serving in IT Operations at Saltoki since February 2019, Rafael oversees the management and development of the Altitude Software omni-channel platform. Previous roles include Project Manager at Stibo Systems and PM Contractor for the Government of Navarre, where Rafael focused on IT project management. As an IT Consultant and Information Architect, Rafael operated as a self-employed professional before directing customer solutions at Germain Software, where successful implementations of technologies were achieved.
